What happens if we outgrow our plan?
You upgrade, and that’s it. Moving from Core to Pro, or Pro to Enterprise, is a subscription change, not a migration. Same platform, same libraries, same support team. Nothing to re-license, nothing to rebuild, no penalty for growing. Growth is the point.
Are there any costs beyond the monthly fee?
No. No runtime fees, no usage-based charges, no per-deployment costs, no support add-ons, no surprise line items. Your monthly subscription covers the full platform, all libraries and tools, and premium Tier 1 support with direct access to experienced architects and engineers. One fee, fully predictable, so you can plan your product economics with confidence.
How does the Outsourcing Credit work?
Simply put: when Modularis builds your product, you don’t pay platform charges. That waiver continues even after launch, while your own team runs production, for as long as a Modularis team keeps building with you. You get the product, the platform, and the partnership without paying twice for them.
Is there an annual commitment, or can we go month to month?
All plans are monthly subscriptions. Annual and multi-year commitments qualify for additional discounts, and the new customer Professional Services credits ($100K for one year, $250K for two) are available with a minimum one-year commitment. Talk to us about the term that fits your roadmap.
Is pricing per seat or per plan?
Per tier. Each plan includes a pool of developer seats (up to 5 on Core, 25 on Pro, 100 on Enterprise).
Where can I deploy products built with Modularis 19?
Deploy anywhere: Modularis 19 is cloud-neutral. Deploy entirely on-premise, or in the private or public cloud of your choice. And because there are no runtime or usage-based charges, your deployment choice never changes your cost. It’s completely up to you.
What training and ongoing support can my team expect?
All of it is included in your monthly fee. Initial training for your engineering team, then proactive weekly engagement: weekly sync-ups with your engineers, bi-weekly syncs with your project managers, monthly executive calls, quarterly business reviews, and unlimited touchpoints by email, phone, and Teams.
What if I need more help?
Modularis Professional Services is available to help you solve challenging architecture and engineering problems, or even build entire products for you on Modularis 19. Professional Services credits shown on this page ($100K with a one-year commitment, $250K with two years) can be applied toward any of these engagements.
