product overview

Modularis knows that you cannot take the thinking out of enterprise software development and still hope to be successful. Our products empower experienced software architects and engineers to work more efficiently, without sacrificing power, control, or flexibility.

Modularis Accelerator is an Architected-RAD (Rapid Application Development) environment designed to help you successfully and efficiently design and implement enterprise software applications on the Microsoft .NET platform. It embraces and extends the .NET Framework to accelerate the development process by automating tedious and repetitive programming tasks, enforcing consistent application of best practices, and providing a proven, scalable, and flexible architecture.

Certain critical services are common to all enterprise applications.  Examples include role-based security, audit trail, exception management, and communication services. Such services are typically developed from scratch for each and every application.

Not only is this inefficient, it leads to inconsistencies that make application maintenance difficult and costly. Modularis Accelerator provides robust and flexible implementations of these services and others in proven, tested and freely-distributable libraries.

The construction of approximately 70% of an enterprise application can be automated. This is typically the most tedious, repetitive, and error-prone code in an application. Accelerator integrates tightly with Visual Studio .NET to automate the development of this code, and assists customers in rapidly developing the remaining 30% according to recognized best practices.

With Accelerator, developers are free to focus more on design, business logic, and user interface implementation--the elements of an application most important to your business.
